SHIPPING POLICY
Please be assured that your items will ship out within 1-5 business days of your purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Services (USPS), United Parcel Services (UPS) or FedEx. Some orders may require a signature as validation for delivery security.
RETURN POLICY
IT’S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU'RE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR ECTRENDSETTERS.COM MERCHANDISE.
We accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached. Sorry, but we cannot take back personal items such as underwear, make-up and body jewelry.
When returning footwear, shoes must be placed inside of the manufacturer’s shoebox, then inside of a separate shipping box. Do not write on the manufacturer’s shoebox, tape it closed, or use it as a shipping box. Footwear returns will not be accepted unless both the shoes and shoebox are undamaged.
To send an item back to us please enclose the ECTrendsetters.com invoice which arrived with your package. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer/purchaser. Please ship using USPS standard or Priority shipping, which ever is the least expensive for you. Refunds will be applied 24-48 hours after return shipments are received and processed. Once we receive your return request, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If the item you purchased isn't quite right, simply return it with a brief reason/return request to ECTrendsetters@gmail.com. Items returned by mail will not be charged a return fee but shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. ECTrendsetters cannot guarantee availability of a specific item because of our rapid change in inventory so we suggest that you send an email as soon as possible to inquire about specific items. Returns are valid only within 30 days of receipt for unwashed/unworn merchandise. Ensure all original tags are attached to garment and packaging is still intact to ensure full refund eligible.
